So I have roughly 2 1/2 weeks left in France, and a whole lot of work to do in that time, ack!

My friend is coming to visit this weekend and we are going to have a lot of fun and nobody can stop us, na na na! I also invited other girls from the program on our outtings in an attempt to be sociable. Good for me being a conformist! But I guess I'll never really be a conformist as long as I am... well, in the words of Corey, "so angie".

For those of you (all of you) who haven't met Corey, he is fantabulous and compactable and in no way a romantic interest whatsoever. He gives good hugs. He doesn't write letters, BAD Corey!

My sister wrote me a letter. And she included an American flag, which confused me a great deal, but I will forgive her based on the fact that she also sent a very cute cat card.

Now I am either going to go home or do some research... we'll see which one is more important :-)

je suis en retard

Okay, so it's been a few months. Whatchoo want?

I am in Paris and honestly, this is one over-rated city. Do people really enjoy being here? Hm. But then, I am way fond of human interaction, despite what my sister thinks, and so cities, where humans ignore each other, are never really my things.

And I guess I'm homesick too but for the strangest things. Here is my current list of homesickness:
-Solstice
-Frank's pizza
-China city
-Sitting in Kris's car listening to APC.

And that's about it. I think about the people and I love them and do miss them but it isn't any sort of sickness, really. But I expext some freaking sweet and sour chicken upon arrival, dang it. MMMMM.

I'm going to be a vegetarian again in January much to the dismay of my mom. Sweet and sour chicken is always the thing that trips me up... I'm just going to have to teach myself to like sweet and sour tofu better. OH OH OH! And I told my roommate that I am worried about not being able to eat well next semester from the stress of two jobs and a heavy course load, so she told me "It's okay. We'll get some brown paper bags and I'll write your name on them and pack you a lunch for work and leave you little notes with your cookie."

Aw. See, now affection like that makes going to a girl's school totally worth it.

Now if only anyone from home cared enough to send me a letter... hinthint
