Solstice!

This is my rat, Solstice, being utterly adorable as usual. She is so freaking smart and sweet that I can't even handle it. She likes to sit on my shoulder and sniff at my cheek... and I read that when she moves her head while sitting there, it's to tell me which way she wants me to carry her. Too bad for her, I'm the one walking so I get to decide where we go.

Solstice lives a good life. Good food, a cool house inside her cage, a good owner... and the owner's mom always slips her tasty food when the owner isn't looking... *sigh* Not that I don't appreciate Mom taking care of her, I do, but now Solstice is so picky! Gah.
