It's amazing how trivial your problems (so hugely overwhelming and big two minutes ago) can seem when you find out that an old friend of yours is not only broke and living in an attic, but just left her husband, might be pregnant, and has a stomach virus on top of it all.

I hereby promise to abstain from complaint for a while... Things could be better... but man could they be worse. Like, whoa.
